Common Questions

Everything you want to know.

How much fiber is in each bar?

Each Good Move bar contains 8–9 grams of dietary fiber depending on the flavor, sourced entirely from whole-food ingredients — psyllium husk, chia seeds, rolled oats, flaxseeds, prunes, and dates. The daily recommended intake of fiber is 25–38g, so one bar covers roughly 30% of your daily goal.

How do I eat them — with a meal or on their own?

Good Move bars work great any time of day — as a morning snack with coffee, a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, or a post-workout bite. For best digestive results, we recommend eating them consistently at the same time each day and pairing with a glass of water, as fiber works best when well-hydrated.

Are they suitable for people with nut allergies?

Our current bars contain almond butter and are made in a facility that handles tree nuts. If you have a tree nut allergy, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider. We're working on a nut-free version — reach out via our contact page to be notified when it launches.

Do the bars contain gluten?

Good Move bars are made with certified gluten-free rolled oats. While oats are naturally gluten-free, they can be contaminated during processing — we use dedicated gluten-free oats to minimize this risk. If you have celiac disease, please consult your physician before consuming.

How quickly will I notice a difference in my digestion?

Most people notice a difference within 1–3 days of consistent use. Digestive systems vary, so we recommend trying Good Move daily for at least two weeks to experience the full benefit. The key is consistency — fiber works best as a regular habit, not a one-time fix.

Can I order a variety pack?

Yes! We're rolling out a 12-bar variety pack (4 of each flavor) for customers who want to try all three. Get in touch through our contact page and we'll let you know as soon as it's available. We also offer wholesale pricing for gyms, wellness centers, and corporate wellness programs.
