Good Move started with a simple frustration: why does taking care of your gut have to feel like a medical procedure? We knew there was a better way.
The pharmacy aisle has a branding problem.
Most digestive health products look and feel like medicine — clinical packaging, harsh powders, or supplements buried in a vitamin aisle. They work (sometimes), but using them feels like admitting defeat. We wanted something different.
We started experimenting with whole-food ingredients: medjool dates as a natural base, psyllium husk and chia for soluble fiber, prunes for their well-documented digestive benefits, oats for slow-release energy. After months of testing ratios and flavor profiles, we landed on a bar that actually tasted like something you'd choose to eat — not something you had to.

Psyllium Husk
A soluble fiber powerhouse. Psyllium forms a gel in the digestive tract that slows digestion, increases stool bulk, and supports regularity — backed by decades of clinical research.
Chia Seeds
Tiny but mighty. Two tablespoons of chia deliver about 10g of fiber. They absorb up to 10x their weight in water, keeping you hydrated and your digestion moving smoothly.

Our natural sweetener and binder. Dates are rich in soluble and insoluble fiber, along with potassium and magnesium. They give the bar its caramel-like sweetness without any refined sugar.
Prunes
Nature's most recognized digestive aid. Prunes contain a compound called dihydrophenylisatin that gently stimulates the intestines. They also contribute soluble fiber, iron, and vitamin K.
Rolled Oats
Rich in beta-glucan, a type of soluble fiber that feeds beneficial gut bacteria and helps regulate bowel movements. Oats also give the bar its satisfying chew and slow-release energy.
Almond Butter
Adds healthy fats and protein that slow digestion and extend satiety. Almonds are also a source of prebiotics — compounds that feed the beneficial bacteria living in your gut microbiome.

Whole foods first, always
If we can source the fiber from a real food — oats, chia, prunes, dates — we will. We never use isolated fiber concentrates when the whole-food version is available and works better.
Taste is non-negotiable
A product that works but tastes bad is a product people stop using. We won't ship a flavor that doesn't genuinely taste good. Every batch is tested by people who eat it by choice, not obligation.
Honest about what we do
We won't make medical claims we can't back up. Fiber supports digestive health — that's well-established. We say what we know and don't oversell what we don't.
